2013 - The World In Union

Sounds Familiar presented a wide range of music from Classical to Pop, with this production, stopping off at Disney and Musical Theatre along the way.

The show opened with a short Swahili freedom chant going into "Sing" made famous by the Military Wives during the Queen's Golden Jubilee, and continued on with songs from Toy Story, The Little Mermaid, Anything Goes, The Boyfriend and other shows and films. From the world of popular music Sounds Familiar gave their own style to Dancing In The Street, Heal The World, Imagine, We Are The World, Stand By Me, Lean On Me and naturally "World In Union" (Rugby Union World Cup song) which the show is named after.
